Marcy and Alberto Bianchi founded Azienda Agricola Bianchi, an organic winery in Ticino, Arogno in 1998, with a philosophy of passion and respect for the environment. This is reflected in all their high-quality organic products, specially wine and honey. All raw materials are processed according to Bio-Suisse standards to guarantee the quality requirements for labelled organic products.
Gabriele (enologist) and Martino (winemaker), sons of the couple, carry on with the same commitment and spirit of innovation and pioneering. In 2017 they designed the new wine cave which was built in 2017 to take advantage of the “gravity flow” winemaking technique.
Johanniter, Bronner and Solaris are the grape varieties cultivated to obtain white wines, whereas red wine and sparkling rosé are produced using new varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon. Since 2012 the farm also cultivates Merlot, Syrah and Chardonnay for winemaking in compliance with organic production rules.
