What the Program Includes:
- Vineyard Tour: Explore our organic vineyards and learn about the philosophy that guides our sustainable agriculture.
- Meet the Local Wildlife: Get up close to geese, sheep, and chickens, the friends and helpers of our farm, to understand their vital role in the agricultural ecosystem.
- Visit to the Vinegar Factory: Learn about the artisanal process of making vinegar, a mainstay of our production.
- Walk in the Mountain Olive Grove: Enjoy a relaxing walk among the olive trees, with breathtaking views of Ticino’s landscapes.
- Apiary Experience: Don a beekeeper’s suit for an up-close encounter with our bees and learn the secrets of apiary life.
- Cellar and Barrique Cellar Discovery: Learn all about the winemaking process and the art of “gravity flow” wine making.
- Final Tasting: End the experience with a tasting of wines and honey produced on the farm, accompanied by a local aperitif.
