None is an expression of finesse and complexity, a white wine aged in barrique that captures attention with its elegant structure and distinct aromatic profile. It is the result of a meticulous vinification and aging process, making it a symbol of Ticino excellence.
Grape variety: Solaris and Muscaris.
Vinification: grapes refined and fermented in barrique for 9 months. Monthly bâtonnage, 300-liter barrels with 30% new wood and the remainder of 2nd and 3rd passage. This product is obtained respecting the principles of BioSuisse certified organic agriculture.
Geography: vineyards located in Val Mara at an altitude of 650 m a.s.l., on the slopes of Monte Sighignola with South exposure. Well-draining soil with a limestone base. Production of 500 g/m2.
