Refund policy
REPLACEMENT, RETURN, WARRANTY SERVICES, COMPLAINTS, AND DEFECT NOTIFICATIONS
Any complaints related to defective goods and/or incomplete services, as well as returns, must be exclusively submitted by the customer directly to Azienda Agricola Bianchi SNC and processed there. The existence of such disputes does not exempt the customer from the obligation to pay the invoice or the full value of the disputed item. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the goods upon delivery. In general, all returned items that are incomplete, damaged, or dirty will not be accepted. The shipping costs in case of a return of the goods are borne by the customer. Hidden defects must be contested in writing immediately after being detected. Unless otherwise communicated, defective goods must be kept until their return and cannot be consumed.
QUALITY COMPLAINTS
Azienda Agricola Bianchi SNC stores its wine bottles in compliance with the current laws in Switzerland regarding the storage of food and beverages. According to the indications of the Swiss Wine Trade Association, defective bottles will only be replaced in the case of wine of any origin but bottled in Switzerland, and in any case within one year of purchase. Foreign wines bottled abroad will not be replaced or refunded. Any notification of defects must be made within 8 days from the collection or receipt of the goods.
