GENERAL INFORMATION
The following general terms and conditions of sale apply to all purchases of products on shop.bianchi.bio, the online shop of the website of Azienda Agricola Bianchi SNC (hereinafter referred to as the “site”). The term “customer” used in the following text naturally refers to both men and women. The product and service offers published online are valid as long as they are visible on the site and until stocks are exhausted. The illustrations on the site are provided for reference purposes only and are not binding. The information on the detail pages of each product and the explanations are to be considered for reference purposes only and are not binding. Azienda Agricola Bianchi SNC disclaims any liability for any errors or inaccuracies relating to designs, images, or diagrams on the aforementioned pages.

PRICES
The prices indicated on the site are expressed exclusively in Swiss francs. They include VAT and the advance recycling fee (TRA) and do not include any packaging and shipping costs, which will be billed separately. All orders are payable exclusively in Swiss francs. Azienda Agricola Bianchi SNC reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The prices invoiced to the customer for the ordered products remain those in force on the day the order was placed and are shown on the order confirmation. Promotional discounts offered on the site as part of specific commercial offers are not cumulative with other discounts, unless otherwise stated. These promotional discounts are directly deducted from the purchase order amount.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
The customer's order implies full and unlimited acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Contract, excluding any other terms or conditions. The order is considered processed upon receipt of the confirmation email and becomes effective only after it has been accepted by Azienda Agricola Bianchi SNC. Azienda Agricola Bianchi SNC reserves the right to refuse orders from a customer. To modify or cancel an order, the customer must send an email to info@bianchi.bio indicating the order number, or call the following number: +41 76 273 20 50.

SHIPPING
The order is sent via courier or our vehicles within 72 working hours following its correct receipt. Azienda Agricola Bianchi SNC disclaims any liability for delays due to external factors.

CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The products and prices published on the online shop are valid as an offer. However, this offer is always subject to conditions (of dissolution) related to the impossibility of delivery or incorrect price information (by the manufacturer or by Azienda Agricola Bianchi SNC). The contract is considered concluded as soon as the customer sends their order to Azienda Agricola Bianchi SNC. The receipt of the order is communicated to the customer through an automatically generated order confirmation sent to the email address provided by the customer. The receipt of the automatically generated order confirmation does not confirm that the product is actually available or can be delivered. The order confirmation simply informs the customer that the order has been received by Azienda Agricola Bianchi SNC and that the contract is in force, subject to the condition of delivery possibility. Orders can only be placed by individuals residing in Switzerland (private individuals or companies) and shipments are made only within Switzerland.

PAYMENT
The invoiced price is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent to the customer. Unless otherwise agreed, all products and services are payable upon online order confirmation through the following payment methods: Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, Diners, American Express), Post-Finance Card, Post-Finance E-Finance, TWINT.

REPLACEMENT, RETURNS, WARRANTY PERFORMANCE, CLAIMS, AND DEFECT NOTIFICATIONS
Any complaints related to defective goods and/or incomplete services, as well as returns, must be exclusively submitted by the customer directly to Azienda Agricola Bianchi SNC and handled there. The existence of such disputes does not release the customer from the obligation to pay the invoice or the full value of the subject of the dispute. It is the customer's responsibility to check the goods upon delivery. In principle, all items returned incomplete, damaged, or dirty will not be accepted. The shipping costs in case of returning the goods are at the customer's expense. Hidden defects must be contested in writing immediately after being detected. Unless otherwise notified, defective goods must be kept until their return and cannot be consumed.

QUALITY COMPLAINTS
Azienda Agricola Bianchi SNC stores its wine bottles in compliance with Swiss laws on food and beverage storage. According to the guidelines of the Swiss Wine Trade Association, defective bottles will only be replaced when it comes to wine from any origin but bottled in Switzerland, within one year of purchase. Foreign wines bottled abroad will neither be replaced nor refunded. Any notices of defects or faults must be made within 8 days of the collection or receipt of the goods.

AGE LIMITS
By confirming the order with Azienda Agricola Bianchi SNC, the customer declares that they are of legal age and have the necessary age to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages in the country where the order is placed. If Azienda Agricola Bianchi SNC discovers that the customer does not meet the legal requirements to purchase alcoholic beverages, Azienda Agricola Bianchi SNC will have the right to cancel the order immediately and without notice.

RESOLUTION CLAUSE
The total or partial non-performance by the customer of one of their obligations and the failure to meet a payment deadline will put Azienda Agricola Bianchi SNC in a position to: demand payment of the amount due, suspend all deliveries, terminate the ongoing contract.

APPLICABLE LAW, DISPUTES
This contract is governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising from or related to sales contracts will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Lugano court.
