Azienda Agricola Bianchi’s Mead captures the purity and sweetness of our organic honey. This ancient elixir, famously known as the “beverage of the gods,” is rooted in history and reinterpreted today through our farm's authentic, artisanal style.

Production: after careful honey selection and cold-processing, the honey is dissolved in pure water and fermented using selected yeasts. Following several weeks of fermentation, it is aged to develop greater complexity and bottled unfiltered to preserve its natural aromatic properties.

Aromatic profile: a floral and fruity profile that is smooth and enveloping on the palate, featuring an optimal balance between residual sugar and a crisp finish.

Pairing suggestions: enjoy it chilled as an aperitif, at room temperature as a digestif after a meal, or gently warmed during the colder months. It also pairs perfectly with cheeses, desserts, and spicy dishes.
