Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at low temperatures, with aging on the lees and monthly bâtonnage. This product is obtained respecting the principles of BioSuisse certified organic agriculture.
Geography: vineyards located mainly in Val Mara, on the slopes of Monte Generoso with western exposure. The soil is well-draining with a limestone base rock, featuring surface fragments of alpine origin and porphyry
Aromatic characteristics: aromatic characteristics: Straw-yellow wine with greenish reflections. White flowers, white-fleshed fruit, and aromatic herbs emerge on the nose. On the palate, it is fresh and delicately mineral, with a finish that evolves into citrus notes. A fine and elegant wine with a balanced structure.
Pairing: perfect as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to light dishes such as fish-based first courses or risottos, chicken salads enriched with fruit, and rocket pesto.
