Sambì is a fermented elderflower drink that is slightly alcoholic, semi-dry and naturally sparkling. Produced in accordance with BioSuisse principles, it is based on an ancient recipe from the Bianchi family, reinterpreted in a modern key.

Aromatic characteristics: delicate aroma and floral taste of elderflowers, with a fresh hint of lemon.

Pairings: perfect to enjoy chilled as an aperitif, or to revisit classic cocktails with an authentic Ticino touch. Always remember to turn the bottle upside down before opening it.

Ingredients: water, sugar (9.7%)*, black elderflower (1.8%)*, elderflower extract (1.6%)*, lemon concentrate (0.33%)*, acidifier E333 - (*from organic farming).

Origin of Sambì: Arogno, Canton Ticino, Switzerland.

Optimal serving temperature: 6°C.
