Sambì is a fermented elderflower beverage-slightly alcoholic, semi-dry, and naturally sparkling. Produced in accordance with BioSuisse organic principles, it is based on a traditional Bianchi family recipe reinterpreted with a modern flair.

Aromatic profile: a delicate bouquet and floral elderflower palate, with a fresh hint of lemon.

Pairings: perfect served chilled as an aperitif, or to add an authentic Ticino twist to classic cocktails. Always remember to gently tip the bottle upside down before opening.

Ingredients: water, sugar (9.7%), black elderflowers (1.8%), elderflower extract (1.6%), lemon concentrate (0.33%), acidifier E333. (*from organic farming).
