Our Herb Wine Vinegar is produced in the heart of Arogno, in the Canton of Ticino. Starting with organic red wine, we add selected aromatic herbs to create a balance of flavours that reflects our land. Each bottle reflects the Bianchi Farm's commitment to organic farming and artisanal care, guaranteeing a genuine BioSuisse-certified product.
Production: the vinegar matures for over a year in barriques with a twenty-year-old bacterial mother and constant aeration. Its amber colour and complex aromatic profile derive from 2-3 weeks of maceration in an infusion of local herbs.
Aromatic characteristics: it has a warm amber colour. On the palate, it reveals a complex and structured profile, where well-balanced acidity intertwines with fresh herbaceous notes.
Food pairings: perfect for enhancing a wide range of dishes, from simple salads (with the preparation of a vinaigrette) to more complex marinades.
Ingredients: wine vinegar*, sage*, rosemary*, lavender* and thyme* - (*from organic farming).
Origin of the vinegar: Arogno, Canton Ticino, Switzerland.

Acetic acid: 5.4 g/l.

Storage: store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
Shelf life: 2 years from the date of production, specified on the bottom of the package.
