Our "Local Olives in Brine" come from olive trees aged between 35 and 50 years, grown between Arogno and Rovio in Canton Ticino. The varieties include Leccino, Frantoio, Maurino, and Pendolino. Every olive is cultivated according to rigorous BioSuisse organic standards, ensuring a natural and sustainable product.

Production: hand-harvested and selected between mid and late October, followed by natural maturation in brine for approximately 7 months. Packaged in glass jars and finished with pasteurization.

Pairing suggestions: ideal for aperitifs, social gatherings, or simply to be enjoyed before dinner.

Ingredients: organic olives*, water, salt, acidifier (citric acid) - (*from organic farming).

Olives origin: Arogno, Canton Ticino, Switzerland.

Format: glass jar – drained weight 110g.

Storage: store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a few days.

Shelf life: 7 months from the date of production, as specified on the bottom of the packaging.
