Nocino from the Bianchi Farm is a liqueur that embodies all the tradition and warmth of our land. Prepared according to a recipe handed down from generation to generation, it is a tribute to the culture and authentic flavours of Ticino.

Production: traditional nocino obtained by macerating green walnuts in grappa with spices and sugar. Aged for one year in glass before bottling.

Aromatic characteristics: balanced sweet-bitter ratio, with an aromatic profile characterised by earthy notes and traditional hints of Ticino.

Pairings: can be enjoyed neat, as a digestif after dinner, or used as an original ingredient in cocktails and desserts.

Ingredients: grappa, walnut husks, sugar, spices.

Origin of nocino: Arogno, Canton Ticino, Switzerland.

Allergens: walnuts.

Available format: glass bottle - 37.5 cl.

Storage: store in a cool, dry place, away from light.

Alcohol content: 34%.

Sugar content: 180 g/l.
