The Acacia Honey produced by Azienda Agricola Bianchi, harvested from hives located mainly in the heart of Mendrisiotto, is a treasure that reflects the authenticity of the Ticino region. Production: our Robinia Honey comes from the nectar of Robinia flowers, collected by bees during the abundant spring blooms. The processing, faithful to traditional methods and respectful of the environment, preserves its delicate aromas and beneficial properties intact. The result is a superior quality product, 100% natural and organic.

Aromatic characteristics: characterised by a bright yellow colour and a delicate, floral aroma, it has a light taste of ripe fruit.

Food pairings: thanks to its high fructose content and low aroma, it can be used as a sweetener, for example, in drinks or for making desserts. It is also ideal with spicy blue cheeses.
