Characteristics and Vinification:

Macerato Orange Wine is the result of a careful selection of Souvigner Gris and Solaris grapes, which make up 90% and 10% of the blend, respectively. The grapes are macerated on the skins for three weeks, a process that gives the wine its distinctive orange color and complex structure. Spontaneous fermentation, without the addition of sulfites or filtration, keeps the natural aromas of the grapes intact and contributes to the creation of a unique wine.


Macerate is distinguished by its vibrant orange color and a rich, enveloping aromatic bouquet where notes of ripe fruit, spices and floral nuances intertwine.

In the mouth, its texture is surprisingly complex and layered, with a perfect balance of acidity and minerality that enhances its freshness and flavor persistence.
