Alma, white wine

Grapes and Vinification:

Johanniter and Solaris, the wine is fermented in stainless steel and for a small part is aged in wood.

Tasting characteristics:

In the glass, it is a straw-yellow wine with greenish hues, and the nose reveals olfactory sensations of flowers, green fruits and herbs.

The taste results in a fresh wine with a slight minerality. On the finish it leaves the palate with a light roasted and citrusy sensation that persists even after several minutes.

Slightly structured, elegant and fine.

Pairings:

Seafood entrees (whitefish noodle) and cold white meat dishes (chicken salad with pomegranate and arugula pesto).
