Sourced from the enchanting landscape of Canton Ticino, specifically from Azienda Agricola Bianchi in Arogno, Quince Pear Brandy is a distillate of exceptional quality, capturing the essence of one of our land’s rarest and most prized fruits.

This liqueur, with its 43 percent alcohol content and available in 37.5cl bottles, is the quintessence of Ticino’s refinement and distilling tradition.

Production:

We harvest quince pears when they reach the right ripeness and process them into this fine distillate, which is distinguished by its intense fruity aroma. Maceration and fermentation, which can vary between 5 and 7 weeks, are just the beginning of a process that transforms the alcohol into an acetic vinegar with an intense flavor profile.

Tasting and Curiosity:

The brandy, due to its processing, lies somewhere between brandy and grappa, offering aromatic and fortified flavors that make it unique.

On the palate, Quince Pear Brandy proves to be more refined and fruity than the alcoholic hardness of schnapps, showing a complexity that invites tasting.
