Production Process:
The production of Nocino begins when the walnuts, still green, are harvested and steeped in our homemade grappa. Sugar and a selection of spices are then added to this brew, according to an ancient recipe that the company jealously guards. After a rest period of at least one year in glass demijohns, during which the liqueur gains complexity and harmony, Nocino is filtered and bottled.
